Stunning one bedroom condo , great location near the beach and amazing pool area . 5 minutes from the beach , 30 minutes to town Trujillo . Amazing balcony view of the beach and pool area right by the condo . Some parts of the resort are still under construction. Currently still building on the side lands . But my condominium is all finished and furnished .

There is covered parking available under the house. Wifi is available with a small extra charge as wifi can only be connected by the month when the house is rented.
