Meditation class (1hr15min) arrival 6:15pm for a 6:30pm start.

The First half of this session:
-start with relaxation practices
- explore different simple meditation styles in intervals with discussion about experiences.
-breathing techniques (pranayama)
-learn about your energy body and tips and tools to clear bad energy.
-learn Bukti yoga mantra and the power of affirmations

The second half of this session
-Sitaji will run a guided meditation to help lift, relax and anchor more compassion and love
- Sitaji will share wisdom and stories from the eastern philosophies to
help bring awareness to this renewal process.

The idea behind this class is to provide a space to learn Eastern techniques and wisdom, Learn relaxation practices, easy meditation styles and tools to protect your energy body from the congested draining energies of city life. They are easy to do, easy to remember steps that will release tension and stress. Will open you to more life meaning. Enable you the opportunity to rest, re focus gain clarity and re connect with your own nature and internal wisdom, where all your answers are.

Other things to note
Guests can sit on chairs provided or sit on the floor. you may bring a yoga mat if you wish to lay down whilst meditating. Class starts at 6:30 sharp. please be here before this time to settle in

Sitaji has been a qualified practicing energy healer for the last 6 years. Sitaji has worked with clients one on one and has ran regular meditation groups, and workshops for 6 years. Sitaji has studied in an ashram (spiritual school) for the last 10 years and has been studying philosophy and practicing meditation for 20 years. Sitaji studies under master healers and spiritual teachers in India and in Australia. She practices Bukti Yoga (devotional practice) and meditation daily. Sitaji's passion is to assist and teach people how to access more peace in their lives.

My partner and I loved it!! Nancy is amazing and her mediation class is superb!! Also, the space is super relaxing and the tea and snack helps you to finish your day happier!! We’ll come back soon!!
