Það sem verður gert

We depart Cusco around 7am and drive past beautiful Andean lakes, small villages and agricultural farmland before arriving to the Qeswachaka straw bridge, hanging over the Apurimac river. We park our vehicle nearby and pay an entry fee (included) to a local community member, and someone from one of the local communities will demonstrate to us how the bridge is made, using ancient Incan techniques. After this, you can cross the bridge if you dare, and you will have time to explore the area before enjoying a picnic lunch. We then head back to Cusco, returning around 5:30pm. Includes private transport, professional guide, entry fee to the local community and lunch. We carry oxygen and a first aid kit.
