There’s a low impact elliptical machine in one of the bedrooms that guests can use during their stay. The private patio area has a grill, lighted umbrella and table, chairs, a fire pit and a couple swing. Great for hours of relaxation and making memories. The food preparation area now has a bar sink with dish soap dispenser.

House is equipped with a basketball, 2 tennis racquets with a fresh can of balls and skateboard. The dining room table converts to table tennis, which makes for Forest Gump speed play. Fun! Close to I70, but not so close you can hear it. The train whistles and rooster neighbor add nostalgic charm. You'll want to eat at Taco Als, a neighborhood favorite restaurant since 1963.

Nestled in the heart of the quaint downtown square, this completely remodled loft apartment is located in a beautiful 130 year old building above a local art gallery and hot glass shop. Blow your own glass experience sessions available by appointment Wednesday through Saturday during regular hours of operation between 11 am and 5 pm. We are about 30 minutes North of Topeka and an hour and 15 minutes east of Manhattan.

We are 4 miles south of I-70 in the quiet neighborhood of Sherwood Lake. The bedroom has a FULL size bed with a memory foam topper. The family room has a large couch & two chairs with Direct TV & DVD player. The wet bar has a sink, microwave, coffee maker & toaster oven. There is a full size fridge, a desk for computer use & a bathroom with a shower (no tub). The suite is accessed thru our garage (wheelchair accessible). **NOTE: The inside stairwell is open to the upper main floor where we live.
